If you're considering Brad for any jobs, don't think twice. I've had Brad do a couple of jobs for me, and he's been awesome both times. He's very meticulous, punctual, and clean in his work, which goes a long way. He made my wall repairs look brand new after fixing, mudding, and painting them, and he did a really clean job painting my closet after the cabinets went in.
